Black Garlic-Miso Avocado Butter, Steak and Frites

Your customers love classic dishes like perfectly cooked steak and crispy fries. Keep the familiar ingredients on the plate while adding a new seasoning or sauce to liven things up.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
Blend avocado with butter, parsley, miso, 1 tsp. salt, red pepper, and garlic. Roll mixture into a cylinder. Wrap in plastic and freeze.
Step 3
Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat pan and add oil. Sear steaks to desired temperature. Rest and slice.
Step 4
Combine the turmeric, garlic powder, paprika and salt in a large bowl. Prepare fries according to package instructions. Toss fries with seasoning blend while hot.
Step 5
Top steak with 1 Tbsp. avocado butter and serve with about 8 oz. of fries, or enough to fill the serving dish.
