The caramelized onions and grilled sourdough toast are what make this burger truly unique. Add some crispy lattice fries and you’ve got yourself a winning combination for any daypart.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat flat top grill to 350˚F.
Step 2
Prepare caramelized onions to package specifications using butter. While onions are cooking, add burgers to flattop and cook on one side.
Step 3
Spread butter on one side of each slice of sourdough and place on flat top. Place 3-4 oz. caramelized onions on bread slice, followed by 1 burger patty, 1 slice of Swiss, and 1 slice of American, and repeat to create a double-stacked burger. Top with second slice of sourdough and cook on both sides until bread is browned and cheese is melted. Remove from grill an slice in half.
Step 4
Prepare fries according to package instructions. Place sandwich on serving dish and serve with fries.
