Reishi Dark Chocolate Agave Mousse with Raspberries and Blueberries

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
Combine thawed avocado, cocoa powder, cream, agave syrup, vanilla, Reishi powder, and salt in a food processor and blend until completely smooth. Chill.
Step 3
Place mousse in serving dishes and top with whipped cream, blueberry mixture, raspberry crumbles, and almonds.
